How is the call-out price calculated?
Base rate is from $159 for core Newcastle suburbs. Final price depends on suburb and travel time. We confirm your total before dispatch.
What can you fix onsite?
Wi-Fi and networking, printers, Microsoft 365/email, new PC setups, data transfer & backups, OS glitches, slow machines, and light hardware installs. For complex board-level faults, we may recommend workshop repair.
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes — subject to schedule and location. Call (02) 4041 2110 for urgent bookings.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. We back our work with a 3-month labour warranty. Parts carry manufacturer warranty. Pre-existing liquid or corrosion damage is excluded.
